Stops & Appointments Wait Time
- Stops must be scheduled in advance and are limited to 15 minutes per stop.
- Appointment wait time charges apply only if waiting service is requested.
- A waiting fee is applied in 15-minute increments.
- Please notify us in advance if you require the vehicle to remain on standby during your appointment
Payments
- Private pay options include cash, checks, PayPal, debit cards, and major credit cards.
- Payments can be made online through our secure portal or in person.
- Payment is due at the start of the scheduled trip.
- Cash or checks may be given directly to the driver when paying in person.
- Vehicles are equipped with mobile point-of-sale systems for card payments.
- Receipts are available in printed or digital format.
- Convenience fees may apply for online and card payments.
- Trips canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip are subject to a cancellation fee.
